Refund Policy of Any eBook Converter

Any eBook Converter provides free trial versions for your try. It is suggested to download the trial version to test whether it is compatible with your computer system and meets your needs of download, before purchasing.

Once the order is done, the sale cannot be canceled. Of course, there are also some exceptions for special cases. In order to make it clear to you, we've listed the details below:

Unaccepted Cases

We do not accept refund requests or products exchange in these cases:

• You changed your mind about an item/subscription or do not want it after purchasing.

• You requested a refund because of the price difference between different regions or different vendors.

• You purchased the "wrong" product, and you purchased the "right" product from other companies.

• You purchased an incorrect product, but didn't ask for an exchange before the money-back guarantee date.

• You requested a refund, but the order (including renewal order) has already exceeded the money-back guarantee date.

• You requested a refund for technical issues, but never asked for any assistance from our support team; or refuse to provide detailed descriptions & information for troubleshooting.

• You failed to receive the registration code for the product but didn't ask for assistance from our support team.

Once the order is refunded, the license will be disable, please fully uninstall the software and remove it from your computer.

Accepted Cases

We accept refund requests or products exchange in these cases:

• You paid twice for the product accidentally. We can refund the duplicated purchase to you.

• You purchased an incorrect product and then purchased a correct product within 5 days. We can refund the wrong purchase to you..

• You never received the registration code and got no response from our support team within 24 hours after inquiring about us.

• If you have canceled the auto-renewal before the renewal date but your subscription has been still automatically renewed, please send us the screenshots of the cancellation for a full refund.

• If you encounter the serious technical problems but our technical support team can't provide a solution within 30 days.

• We offer a 5-day money-back guarantee on the one-month and the one-year subscription, and 30-day on the lifetime plan. Your money-back guarantee starts from the moment your payment has been made.

• Any order that has exceeded the refund period will not be refunded.

•Your refund will be processed within 1 to 7 business days according to different payment methods. If you don't receive it in time, please contact FastSpring Support to check the status.
