Any eBook Converter Subscription FAQs
Any eBook Converter offers auto-renewing subscription plans (monthly, yearly, and lifetime) to meet users' different needs. The subscription-based 1-Month & 1-Year plan will be renewed automatically by default. Of course, the service is optional. You can cancel it at any time if you don't want to renew your subscription. Below are answers to frequently asked questions about our subscription service.
We offer a refund within 5 days of your purchase for Any eBook Converter with the 1-month, 1-year subscription plan, and 30 days for the lifetime subscription plan. This refund period is effective from the date of purchase. We list out the details in Refund Policy.
All subscription plans (except for the lifetime plan) we provided are automatically renewed by default. If you want to cancel the renewal subscription, you can cancel it at any time before the renewal date.
Method 1: After purchasing a subscription plan, you will receive a Registration Information Email sending you the license code. There is also a link to cancel automatic renewal, which should be at the bottom of the email, saying "To cancel the auto-renewal subscription, click here". You can click it before the renewal date to cancel your renewal subscription.
Method 2: If you can’t find the cancellation link in the email or lost the email by accident, you can directly contact the support team via email: support@any-ebook-converter.com.
After the cancellation, you will not be charged starting from the next subscription period.
The cancel link, in the email with the registration code, is used to cancel the auto-renewal service rather than the order. If you need to request a refund for some reason, please feel free to contact us by emailing support@any-ebook-converter.com and we will help you out as soon as possible.
After the renewal, you will receive a new license. Please launch Any eBook Converter, go to "Register > Change Account" and activate it again via the new code. If you didn't get the new license, feel free to contact us by emailing support@any-ebook-converter.com and we will help you out as soon as possible.
Yes, you still have access to use the full version of Any eBook Converter for the remainder of your billing period. And you can also check the expiration date on the Registration window.
When the subscription expires, the program will revert to the free trial version. The repurchase will be required if you want to keep using the full version.
Any eBook Converter is priced in US dollar. The price on our website does not include any tax. You may need to pay VAT or other taxes varies by country.
In addition, the renewal price will be the same as the price you initially purchased under normal conditions. But if you've participated in a discount promotion, your renewal will be charged at the original price as displayed on our official page. The discounted price is only applied to the initial purchase.
Currently, only the monthly plan can be directly switched to the annual plan. If you want to upgrade your subscription to the annual plan, please contact us via support@any-ebook-converter.com, we will help you change so soon.
The remaining unused days of your current subscription will be calculated and converted to the remaining balance, which will be used to deduct the cost of the new subscription, and you will be charged the insufficient portion if applicable. Once the change of subscription confirmed, you will be charged (the difference) on the day, and receive a new license to activate the program.
Note: This does not work on upgrading to the lifetime plan from a monthly or annual plan. If you'd like to get lifetime access to Any eBook Converter after a period of using, you need to buy the lifetime plan additionally.
